We had the pleasure of capturing Neha and Raul’s wedding affair. It was indeed a representation of their personality and cultural traditions.
Neha and Raul met at Starbucks. She was in front of him in line and happened to share the the same somewhat rare coffee order (a grande non-fat toffee nut late, extra hot, with an extra pump of toffee nut). And things just went well from there. ***Don’t miss the Starbuck’s cup cake*** gorgeous cakes!!
Raul proposed in the most casual way – he’s a graphic designer and designed a custom label for a bottle of their favorite wine…the proposal was on it!
Raul is Spanish and Neha is Indian. Neha wore an elaborate Indian outfit for the ceremony and a more simple Indian outfit for reception).
They chose the Cruz Building since they loved that while it was opulent, it still felt intimate. It’s a very different venue with personality, and that’s what they were looking for.
Neha and Raul had a non-traditional wedding. The overall goal was to combine their heritages – Spanish and Indian and add in a little Miami latin flare. The food really reflected this, while the decor was more simplistic and classic. The ceremony was followed by a Miami styled cocktail hour, and then an open concept dinner (food stations and open seating). This was followed by an after-party vibe with dancing and a molecular nitrogen cocktail bar.
