We had the amazing privilege to capture Emily and Chris’ wedding at the Caribeean Resort in Islamorada, Florida. We had such a fun time working along side some amazing vendors.
Here’s the couple’s story — in the words of the bride:
Chris and I met through a mutual friend in August 2011. Chris proposed on Dawn Beach in St. Maarten while taking sunset photos on May 5, 2013. What a surprise!! We both have spent many summer vacations in The Keys and I’ve always loved Islamorada. We didn’t want a huge wedding in our hometown so choosing Islamorada as a destination seemed perfect. When I drove through the gates of The Caribbean Resort I knew it was the venue. It is gorgeous and everything I wanted!
