This past Friday, Will performed at Max’s Harvest for an evening of Jazz. The food was amazing!! I had the Citrus-Miso Glazed Loch Duart Salmon and Will had the Porcini Dusted Maine Diver Scallops. WOW!!! Everything was so fresh and the flavors were amazing. Thanks Silvana for welcoming us to Max’s Harvest. Chef Chris…you’re have an amazing talent.
